All sales are final. Please give your correct or desired measurements to prevent sizing issues.

You can find bracelet measurements tools at your local dollar store or jewelry store.

DIY: You can use a flexible measuring tape to wrap around your wrist or ankle. Measure exactly where you want your bracelet or ankle to fit. it is recommended to go up half a size from a tight measurement for a comfortable or loose fit. If you choose the incorrect size, there will be a fee to repair depending on specific materials that are needed.
